    Lineup: O5 runs the middle lane and then come to the ball side.
    O1 pushes the ball up the floor and passes the ball to one wing. O2 & O3 run the outside lanes and set up at the wings.
    O4 runs as the trailer behind the ball.

    After the pass to the wing, O1 cuts to the ballside corner.

    O3 reverses the ball through O4 to O2.

    O4 sets a ball screen for O2 and afterwards rolls to the basket (or pops out to the corner) O5 cuts to the high post for a possible high low.
